It was held on Zlatibor from April 17 to April 20, 2026, at the 'Ratko Mitrović' Congress Center, the Congress of Engineering Students was held on the topic 'Energy and Mechanical Engineering Today,' with the participation of around 200 students. Krušik a.d. Valjevo presented its company and opportunities for professional internships, scholarships, and employment, as well as prospects for the development of domestic industry.
Our stand and presentation generated great interest among future engineers, who had the opportunity to hear firsthand about working in our factory through direct conversation with our experts. This exchange of ideas brought new energy and inspiration, enabling the company to build long-term connections with young people—the drivers of future technological progress.
The employment of young engineers remains an important part of Krušik's development strategy, and such meetings contribute to strengthening cooperation between the academic community and the economy. We look forward to future projects and joint successes with optimism.
